SAVE THE CITY FROM ENTERING INTO A 20 YEAR AGREEMENT FOR A CONTRIBUTION THAT EQUALS 4.4% OF THE CITY'S BUDGET AND EVEN LESS OVER TIME. 

STOP THE CITY FROM ACCEPTING A GAG AGREEMENT NOT TO ENGAGE IN LEGISLATIVE OR LEGAL ACTION THAT WOULD PROVIDE A PERMANENT EQUITABLE AGREEMENT.
